Can I change the design?
Yes. We revise your CAD until you are happy, before anything is made.
Are the diamonds lab-grown?
Yes. Real lab-grown diamonds from our inventory, with photos or a 360 video.
Which metals can I choose?
10K, 14K or 18K gold in yellow, white or rose.
Can I return a custom piece?
Custom and engraved pieces are final sale. Everything else has a 30 day return window.
Can I share my own idea?
Yes. Share a photo, sketch or inspiration image and we design around it.

How much does a custom ring cost?
It depends on the diamond, the metal and the design. You get the full price with your diamond options and CAD, before anything is made.
How long does it take?
Making time depends on the design and the season. We share the expected range with your quote, before you approve.
Do I pay before I see the design?
No. You see your diamond options, your CAD and the full price first. You only go ahead once you are happy.
Can I change the design after I see the CAD?
Yes. We update the CAD until you are happy, and production starts only once you approve.
Can I use a design I found online?
Yes. Send the photo and tell us what you love about it. We design your own version of it.
Can I choose my own diamond?
Yes. We send three real diamonds from our inventory with photos or 360 videos and tell you which one we would pick and why. The choice is yours.
I don't know my ring size. What can I do?
Choose "Not sure" in the form. A DIAELS expert will help you find the right size before anything is made.
Can I return a custom ring?
Custom and engraved pieces are made only for you, so they are final sale. Everything else on diaels.com has a 30 day return window.
What if it doesn't fit?
One free resize within one year, up or down by as much as three quarter sizes. Filigree, nature and engraved bands can't be resized.
